How we work
We're a small, distributed team. Most communication is async. Meetings are rare and short. We write things down and make decisions based on data, not who talks loudest.
The problems are genuinely hard — signal processing, adversarial systems, statistical inference at the edge. If you want to push pixels for a CRUD app, this isn't it. If you want to work on things that make you think, it might be.
We don't pretend to be a big company. We're early stage. That means you'll have real ownership and real influence over the architecture. It also means the usual startup trade-offs apply.
