Customer Success Manager
VerifyStack $110K – $150K + equity Remote (US)
About the Role
We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for VerifyStack's enterprise customers. You'll drive adoption, reduce churn, and ensure customers get maximum value from our fraud detection platform — partnering with technical teams to optimize their detection strategies.
What You\'ll Do
- Own a portfolio of 30–50 enterprise accounts, serving as their trusted advisor for fraud detection strategy
- Lead onboarding for new enterprise customers — guiding them through integration, policy configuration, and threshold tuning
- Conduct quarterly business reviews presenting ROI analysis, fraud trend insights, and optimization recommendations
- Monitor customer health metrics (API usage, false positive rates, decision volumes) and proactively address concerns
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate customer feedback into feature requests and bug reports
- Create and maintain customer-facing documentation, best-practice guides, and training materials
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities (higher tiers, additional API products, professional services)
- Build and nurture relationships with technical stakeholders (security engineers, CTOs, fraud analysts) and business leaders
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer success, account management, or technical consulting experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong technical aptitude — comfortable reading API documentation, discussing JSON payloads, and understanding system architecture
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Experience with customer health scoring, churn prediction, and renewal management
- Data-driven mindset — ability to analyze usage metrics, build reports, and present insights
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- US-based (for timezone overlap with primary customer base)
Nice to Have
- Background in fraud prevention, payments, risk management, or cybersecurity
- Experience supporting developer-focused products or APIs
- Familiarity with SQL for custom reporting
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment
- Multilingual ability (Spanish, Portuguese, or French)
