About the Role
We're looking for a Product Designer to shape the experience of VerifyStack's dashboard, documentation, and developer-facing surfaces. You'll own the design of complex data-rich interfaces — fraud analytics dashboards, policy configuration UIs, case management workflows — and make them feel simple and intuitive.
What You\'ll Do
- Own the end-to-end design of VerifyStack's dashboard: fraud analytics, case management, policy editor, evidence viewer, and settings
- Design developer documentation experiences — interactive API explorers, code playgrounds, and onboarding flows
- Create responsive, accessible designs that work across devices and meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards
- Build and maintain the VerifyStack design system (Figma components, tokens, guidelines)
- Conduct user research with security engineers, fraud analysts, and developers to understand pain points
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation using Tailwind CSS and React
- Design data visualizations that make complex fraud signals understandable at a glance
- Create prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex UI and dashboard design
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping)
- Experience designing developer tools, dashboards, or data-heavy applications
- Strong understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, intuitive interfaces
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility (WCAG)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, engineering-led environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with security or fraud prevention products
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and React component architecture
- Motion design skills (Framer Motion / Lottie)
- Experience with data visualization (D3, Recharts, or similar)
- Background in user research or UX strategy
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive salary ($130K–$175K) plus meaningful equity
- Fully remote — work from anywhere
- Unlimited PTO with a 3-week minimum encouraged
- $2,000 home office stipend
- $1,500 annual learning & conference budget
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- Mental health support
- 401(k) matching
